Santiago was transported to the Clackamas County Jail on December 19, 2025, from the Washington County Jail on a warrant out of Clackamas County.

Jazmin Linda Flores Gratreak, age 22, and Jesus Fernando Ibarra Ibarra, age 19, both from the unincorporated Milwaukie area of Clackamas County, were booked into the Clackamas County Jail.
